We’ve teamed up with PekoeTea, Edinburgh’s beloved independent tea shop, to do something we’ve been thinking about for a while – finding the honeys and teas that simply belong together.
You probably already have a favourite tea. But have you ever thought about what honey goes with it? Not just any honey stirred in out of habit — but the right honey.

Newhaven Harbour & Rose Infused Honey
Some things just belong together. Our Rose Infused Honey paired with PekoeTea’s Newhaven Harbour is the first in our series of tea and honey pairings — and it’s a quietly special one. As the tea cools, stir in half a teaspoon of honey and watch what happens: the floral notes deepen, the sweetness settles in softly, and the whole cup becomes something to truly cosy up with.
Newhaven Harbour brings chamomile, lavender, apple and spearmint in a caffeine-free blend crafted by hand in Edinburgh. The Rose Infused Honey — smooth Acacia honey infused with rose — is light and delicate enough to complement without overpowering, letting every layer of the tea shine through.
Blue Lady already arrives with a bright citrus lift — rose, grapefruit and fine Chinese black tea, hand-crafted in Edinburgh by PekoeTea. What Linden Honey does is take that brightness and deepen it. Harvested from the blossoms of Linden trees and long prized across Eastern Europe, this honey is lighter than it looks — herbal, gently citrusy, with hints that some describe as minty or balsamic. Stirred in as the tea cools, it melts into the cup and pulls everything into focus: the floral notes sharpen, the citrus edge brightens, and the whole thing becomes something fresh, fragrant and quietly brilliant.

Blend No. 3 already has a soft, fruity warmth to it — raspberry leaf and tropical notes, caffeine-free and quietly indulgent. Cranachan Honey takes that and runs with it. Inspired by Scotland’s beloved dessert and awarded Gold at the 2026 Speciality Food & Drink Show, this creamed honey brings together Scottish raspberries, sweet honey and the gentle warmth of whisky — with the alcohol evaporated during production so everyone can enjoy it. Stirred into the tea as it cools, the honey deepens the raspberry character, adds a rich fruity sweetness and leaves a whisky warmth that lingers just long enough. Comforting, full of character and unmistakably Scottish.
