What began as a personal project to elevate a simple raspberry leaf infusion has become one of PekoeTea’s most cherished blends. Hand-crafted in Edinburgh, Blend No. 3 layers carefully selected herbs with bright tropical notes into something smooth, fruity and effortlessly refreshing. Caffeine-free and beautifully balanced, it proved so popular with the PekoeTea team that it earned a permanent place in their collection — and it’s easy to understand why.

Blend No. 3 & Cranachan Honey — Tea Pairing No. 3
Blend No. 3 already has a soft, fruity warmth to it — raspberry leaf and tropical notes, caffeine-free and quietly indulgent. Cranachan Honey takes that and runs with it. Inspired by Scotland’s beloved dessert and awarded Gold at the 2026 Speciality Food & Drink Show, this creamed honey brings together Scottish raspberries, sweet honey and the gentle warmth of whisky — with the alcohol evaporated during production so everyone can enjoy it. Stirred into the tea as it cools, the honey deepens the raspberry character, adds a rich fruity sweetness and leaves a whisky warmth that lingers just long enough. Comforting, full of character and unmistakably Scottish.
