Coriander blossom raw honey is golden amber in colour. It has a specific taste and mild aroma, which develops two weeks after extraction. Coriander Blossom is a very rare type of honey. The nectar of coriander is highly dependent on weather conditions and usually, the plant produces it every five to six years. And even then, the production is low.
As a rule, a hive can give about 20 to 25 kilos of multi-floral honey, and only 2 kilos of coriander honey. As a result, this type of honey is rare and expensive.
Coriander Blossom Honey – Honey like no other
Coriander Blossom Honey may surprise you with its unique flavour, although not overwhelmingly strong, the coriander flavour we are familiar with comes across as a subtle aftertaste. The nectar of coriander is highly dependent on weather conditions, due to this, the plant only produces it every five to six years which is why it is considered one of the rarest kinds in the world. Coriander Honey is a golden amber colour, specific fresh taste, and mild aroma, hence its popularity.
Coriander Blossom Honey – Great ingredient.
You can use this honey in many different ways. We love it with salads and dips due to the amazing zesty flavour. It is great to make healthy lemonades for kids in the summertime and Hot Toddy for adults in winter 😉

The flavour of this honey is amazing, caramel like, its a pleasure to have it on its own, although I usually sweeten my porridge with it.
